Returns and refunds

London Vestige offers a 30-day return window from delivery. To request a return, email support@londonvestige.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send goods to our contact address without these instructions.

Our 30-day return offer

For returns under this additional offer, items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and original packaging. Please retain proof of postage. Return postage for a change of mind is your responsibility; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods.

Your UK cancellation rights

You can cancel an online order without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after delivery. You then have 14 days to send the goods back. You may inspect items as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund for handling beyond this that diminishes their value.

Refunds

Refunds use the original payment method. For statutory cancellations, we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of their return, including the original standard delivery charge. Any extra charge for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable.

Faulty or incorrect items

Contact us if goods arrive damaged, faulty or different from your order. This policy and our additional return offer do not limit your statutory rights.

You may email the following form, but using it is optional: “To London Vestige, support@londonvestige.shop, Via Miramare 45, 63076 Monteprandone AP, Italy: I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods: [goods]. Ordered on/received on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”
